Delivers quality analysis to all levels of management for decision making purposes. Guides the Analysis, investigation and resolution of the monthly results and variances. Maintains key financial relationships with all levels of management including directly supporting director level requirements. Leads a variety of ad hoc projects.

This position does require hybrid work in the Lincolnshire, IL office.

Responsibilities:

  • Makes recommendations and analyzes revenue forecasting and variance analysis

  • Identify financial risks and opportunities within the quarter, and contribute to the quarterly forecast process

  • Lead ad-hoc projects and develop financial reporting

  • Partner with Vertical Commercial Leaders and effectively communicate financial analysis

  • Design and production of key management reports with appropriate narrative and explanations

  • Business Partnering advisory support to specific business functions

  • Acts as finance contact for function by providing in depth knowledge of function

  • Coaches less senior analysts; serves as the subject matter expert on updating standards and regulations into ongoing process steps

  • Review and document current business processes and create process improvement recommendations for implementation

  • Perform other duties as may be reasonably assigned within the jobholder's capability

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.

  • 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance

  • Candidates with 3+ years of experience will be considered with 3 years of relevant Zebra experience, inclusive of participation in the FDP program

  • Prior experience of working within a Finance department is essential

  • Advanced Excel and database skills

  • Forecasting experience

    Preferred:

  • Appropriate professional qualification / certification to practice finance in country / region preferred

  • Experience with simplifying complex data into presentable information

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

  • High degree of accuracy

  • Confident at working to deadlines

  • Experience with revenue forecasting

    Position Specific Information:

  • Some travel may be required – up to 10% as needed

Salary: USD 82500.00 - USD 123700.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
