Job Description Summary
As the project Analyst you will support across a variety of projects within the MMS business unit. Some responsibilities will include, addressing project needs such as communications, scheduling and cost management.
You will liaise with key stakeholders to support and grow project cost management systems and project adhoc needs as and when they arise.

Our vision for Medication Management Solutions at BD
With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.
This role is offered on a 12 month FTC.
Main responsibilities will include:
Evolve and manage a cost management system for project portfolio.
Planning and tracking of labour and non-labour costs.
Reconcile monthly spending with schedule and budgets.
Develop finance dashboards to promote portfolio and program cost-based decision making.
Manage project documentation including burndown charts, schedules and risk registers.
Prepare project status updates
Use standard project management tools and methodologies to plan and monitor projects
Identify variance, propose mitigation, and escalate as necessary
Continually strive to improve the processes that are used to complete projects
Manage various PM process and tools such as those used to support resource management, procurement and shipping
Other duties may include:
Leading workstreams and projects as assigned
Ensuring the team and resources are in place
Reporting and controlling budgets
Meeting the overall project objectives
Managing and controlling the project through the entire project lifecycle
Evolving the cost and resource management systems
Supporting the PM’s and ensuring every project has: project Gantt, risk register, communications plan and detailed project work breakdown structure.
About you:
Specific training or experience as a Project manager or a Level 7 qualification in business or technical field.
Up to 2 years in an operations or project lead role
Enthusiastic and self motivated
Team player approach to tasks
A high level of competency with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and MS Project.
