Note: This position is for a general contractor. We do any & everything! Basic construction knowledge is a must but we will also teach you along the way.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize a wide range of construction knowledge to perform various tasks
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors on a daily basis
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and pressured air equipment correctly and efficiently
- Installing rough door and window frames, subflooring, fixtures, or temporary supports in structures undergoing construction or repair
- Installing structures or fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, decks, trim, or hardware using carpenters' hand or power tools
- Interior/Exterior renovation projects
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Perform deck, siding, and roof installation

Qualifications:
- Basic construction knowledge
- Ability to measure and cut effectively
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be teachable
