Pay:
13.00-16.00 per hour
Overview:
For this position, we are seeking reliable and friendly team members that thrive in a fast-paced work environment and aim to deliver a quality customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a positive guest experience by keeping the bowling alley clean and guest-ready
- Prepare bowling lanes and seating areas for use, bussing, sweeping, and spot-cleaning in between lane reservations
- Clean and sanitize all workspaces and food/beverage surfaces per restaurant protocols
- Learn the basic pin setter mechanics and troubleshooting techniques
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions that occur during guest play.
- Become Knowledgeable About the Good Food Rewards program and manage in accordance with company policy
- Assist with guest reservations and walk-in bowling transactions
- Effectively communicate with serving, kitchen, and management teams to provide a quality customer service
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy, in alignment with Health Department Regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality
- Basic computer literacy and math skills
- Ability to multi-task
