As the only program in Kentucky that trains visual impairment professionals, additional support is needed to teach courses, including weekend and summer in-person sessions, supervise practicum and internship students, and enhance program initiatives. The individual should have strong leadershipskills, work well with others, and demonstrate advanced knowledge of blindness and visual impairments.
