Wage: Depends on Experience.
Job Duties:
To provide supervision of staff and oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility while maintaining the mission statement of Caslen Living Centers, Inc.
Maintain knowledge and ability to deliver direct care to residents, if needed.
Protect the safety and physical, mental and emotional health of residents, utilize marketing skills to maintain facility occupancy.
Perform administrative duties keeping resident files up-to-date and maintain employee files as required.
Schedule staff to maintain quality care.
Maintain Safety standards of facility (fire drills, Safety Committee meetings, etc.).
Arrange in-services to address educational needs for staff.
Arrange routine maintenance as needed.
Work with local medical providers to coordinate care for residents.
Shop for groceries and other essentials for facility.
Arrange for resident transport to appointments.
Oversee resident activities provided by Activity Coordinator.
Skills: Good people/communication skills.
Strong commitment to customer service.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to make decisions independently.
Ability to multitask and be a team player.
