What You'll Do:
Acts as a change agent for improving the patient experience in all areas of hospice care, including admission, home hospice, GIP facility, bereavement, and in collaboration with all clinical disciplines.
Represents and promotes service excellence and the professional standards of hospice and palliative medicine.
Monitors and drives enhancements in patient satisfaction using varying metrics and leading the development of quality programming to achieve 5-star hospice rating.
Assist with the recruitment, retention and management of extraordinary hospice staff.
Participates in care coordination meetings to ensure the highest patient experience standard of hospice care for all patients served.
Responsible for the development and support of all staff within their site for coaching, mentoring, and rounding.
What You'll Bring:
Valid, unencumbered RN license in the State of Maine.
Bachelor's degree or active matriculation in a BSN program preferred.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in clinical hospice operations, with prior leadership and quality experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact collaboratively and influence at all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Reliable automobile with insurance.
