Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. This role involves troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance on CNC machines, conventional tool lathes, mills, grinders, and more. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines, conventional tool lathes, mills, grinders, and other equipment.
Perform general facility maintenance such as changing light bulbs, painting/repairing walls, and light plumbing.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair up to 480-volt branch circuits, including plugs, receptacles, and switches.
Troubleshoot electrical control wiring on machine tool lathes, mills, grinders, ovens, etc.
Read and follow machine schematics.
Work with electroplating equipment and welding (preferred).
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines and other equipment.
Skills in general facility maintenance.
Experience with up to 480-volt branch circuits.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical control wiring.
Ability to read and follow machine schematics.
Good communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with electroplating equipment and welding is a plus.
Education from trade school preferred.
Ability to train on 1st shift.

Work Environment
This role is based in our Lewis Center, OH manufacturing facility, which employs close to 200 employees across all 3 shifts. The facility includes a main warehouse, a machine shop, and various production rooms, with some areas being climate controlled. We value team orientation, coachability, and a willingness to learn.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lewis Center, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $68650.00/yr.
