Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)
We are currently hiring an Occupational Therapist to work full-time with one of our partner schools for the duration of the 2024-2025 school year. Your support would be needed in children from birth to 3 years of age as a part of the district’s support of Early Intervention. We encourage all qualified and interested Occupational Therapists to apply, especially if you’re passionate about supporting young children and using parent coaching. Job requirements will include the following:
Provide evidence-based intervention to children from birth to three years of age
Conduct assessments, make appropriate intervention recommendations, and engage with all key stakeholders
Support parents by providing coaching and ongoing communication
Complete all evaluations and therapeutic interventions in a timely manner and adhere to all federal, state, and district guidelines
Passion for supporting young children with developmental delays that vary in their type, etiology, and severity

Qualifications:
Possession of a valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist as issued by the Maryland Department of Health
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
Experience working in pediatrics and/or schools is preferred
