CURRENT OPENINGS: Call Center Representative{target="blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"} Our Call Center team is primarily responsible for matching guest intentions with the perfect combination of services, activities, and lectures. Activities include calling guests prior to arrival to offer guidance and advice and to invite them to pre-book services. For guests on property, Program Advisors offer additional guidance while booking services by answering in person questions, on-property calls, and conducting one-on-one consultations. You will identify the intentions of guests and advising them prior to arrival and throughout the guest\'s stay through telephone and in-person interactions. You will adjust itineraries by booking, moving, or canceling services. You will gather information for guests as requested, following up with guest requests, documenting guest interactions, and collecting guest preferences. You will keep current on all Company and department information through training, emails, personal communication, and proactive gathering of information from other department heads. Driver/Bellperson{target="blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"} Responsible for providing complimentary guest services, including transportation, luggage pick-up and delivery, rooming guests and errands. Supervised by the Front Office Manager and in cooperation with the Hotel Director. Fitness Instructor{target="blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"} As a Fitness Instructor at Canyon Ranch, you\'ll be responsible for instructing Wellness/Fitness classes and ensuring guest comfort, safety and enjoyment during classes. Your fitness class schedule may include aerobic exercise, Yoga, muscle toning, strength and endurance and stretching. As a fitness guru, you\'ll be a pro at assisting guests with proper body alignment, equipment and safety of classes and cardiovascular and weight equipment. PC Technician{target="blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"} Canyon Ranch is currently looking for a PC Technician in our Lenox, MA location. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining all hardware and software for all on-property personal computers, handheld devices, and printers. - Installs, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs all PC equipment, software and peripherals. - Provides support to Opera, Concept,Outlook, etc. users; - Administers additions, modifications, and terminations of user accounts including rights for all systems. - Responsible for maintenance and verification of server back-ups and workstation Anti-Virus software. - Maintains detailed inventory of all Canyon Ranch PCs, hardware and software. - Share in Help Desk phone duty; open tickets in tracking system; resolve where possible, escalate when necessary.
