In close alignment with the SoftwareOne Vision and Strategy, as well as with your Product Management peers focused on related areas of the business, you will develop the vision and roadmap for digital transformation. Interfacing with customers from the Software and Cloud Marketplace function and others across the organization, you will gather, refine and prioritize business requirements to digitally transform core business processes and applications. As part of a self-organizing End2End Delivery Team with an agile delivery approach focused on clear business outcomes, you will work with the Product Lead, Product Owners, Solution Architects / Consultants, Developers and Process Designers to define and implement digital solutions to deliver tangible business value to the organization. Furthermore, you will work closely with Rollout, Transition & Support Team to ensure smooth adoption and support for new and/or improved digital services and processes. A proactive, confident and outgoing personality will help you build strong relationships and gain respect throughout the Swo community. Your expertise in local and regional markets will mean you are the go-to person for a broad mix of internal stakeholders. More details: The key relationships Global Procurement Practice Lead Marketplace Platform team Development teams /E2E delivery teams, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Product Managers The key responsibilities Liaises closely with the respective customer and maintains a deep understanding of customer needs, demands and priorities Sets a vision and roadmap and manages the respective strategic customer-related portfolio Aligns closely with the Product Lead and ensures that Product Owners and the E2E teams are on top of customer priorities and requirements Acts as escalation point for all prioritization- and strategy-related questions and conflicts concerning their respective customer/ product area Developing the vision and strategy for the digital transformation of the Software and Cloud Marketplace business domain Developing future vision and strategy for internal Core Applications like Supplier Platform and Procurement App Responsibility for all business partner activities towards Software and Cloud Marketplace (e.g. Vendor Management, Contract Management, Delivery Management, Purchase Order Management etc.) Business requirements engineering, demand breakdown into projects and activities with prioritization and timelines Translation of business initiatives into technical (tool-/application-focused “language”) Leading tollgate and PI (product increment) planning sessions for the Software and Cloud Marketplace business domain or part of it, together with the E2E Teams Project management to support implementation efforts The direct Lead: Let's start with a fun fact: Jens Otto-Langhof is the incumbent and the Hiring Lead for this role.
