TEKsystems Scale Licensing Specialist in Lehi, Utah
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scale Licensing Specialist for a long term assignment. In this role, you will provide crucial support to the licensing and software team at a well-established and highly respected global technology company. This opportunity will allow you to contribute to key operational processes, interact with professionals, and gain valuable experience in the technology sector.
Job Title : Scale Licensing Specialist
Placement Type : Contract (52 weeks) with potential to extend/grow
Pay Rate : $33.50/hr
Location : Lehi, Utah
Key Responsibilities :

Our scale programs support and guide our customers towards genuine, right sized investments for their creativity and productivity requirements and ambitions. We aim to run objective and empathetic engagement s with customers to ensure that the programs run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be joining a development team, which has had its first years of success during 2021 and 2022, seeing huge growth in 2022/2023, and now continuing within one of the world's best-known brands. You will work with great people across international business to help make our Licensing business successful, our products valuable to our customers, and critically to help boost the efficiency and impact of the team.
What you'll do:
Be responsible for hitting a financial target and KPI's.
Work closely with the Licensing team.
Provide regular updates to the team lead within the customer management system.
Work and align with various stakeholders including Sales, Legal, and Customer Service.
Build out a sustainable cadence for your role and the tasks at hand.
Constantly measure and refine your performance to maximize success.
Run a positive, insightful, and valuable service for customers.
Engage with customers respectfully and from a point of knowledge.
Top Qualifications :
Experience in Licensing and Software is required
Confidence/gravitas and experience with business-to-business interactions
Experience within a partner/reseller indirect sales organization
Proactive and results oriented
Highly responsive and passionate communicator - both written and spoken
Virtual/Matrix based organization navigation skills
Creative critical thinker
IT/Technical skills & Proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
Organized and comfortable multitasking
