Warehouse Lead – $22-$23/hour
Location: Lebanon, NJ
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM (Voluntary Overtime as Needed)
A well-established company in Lebanon, NJ, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee one of its largest sampling programs. This role balances both office and warehouse responsibilities, including managing workflow, tracking packages, analyzing data, and leading a small team. If you have warehouse supervision experience, strong analytical skills, and are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies
Conduct sample testing, analyze data, and track package locations
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes
Pick and package products for shipment
Supervise and guide a team of approximately two staff members
Experience & Skills:
Warehouse supervision experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, including spreadsheet creation, data sorting, formatting, and formulas
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize workflow
Understanding of workflow processes and critical drop dates
Warehouse fulfillment background preferred
