Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Plant Controller in the manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics industry, located in Lebanon, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting functions, as well as conducting financial analysis and budgeting tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations
• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Implement and manage the auditing process to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
• Handle accounts payable activities to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for efficient financial management
• Leverage NetSuite for effective financial operations and reporting
• Manage logistics and distribution processes to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor and manage budget processes to maintain financial stability. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or in the field of finance and accounting.
• Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems to manage and maintain financial records.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing all Accounting Functions efficiently.
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring all financial obligations are met in a timely manner.
• Capacity to manage and oversee the Annual Budget, including preparation, development, and execution.
• Skilled in conducting Auditing processes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Familiarity with NetSuite software for managing business processes and financials.
• Experience in Logistics & Distribution, understanding the financial implications of these operations.
