Responsibilities: Plan and manage dental business operations to ensure excellent patient support services.Oversee daily office activities and provide direction and guidance to staff as neededEnsure that patient appointments, cancellations and last-minute adjustments are handled properlyRespond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiresEnsure the delivery of quality dental care to patientsRespond to patient queries and issues and ensure patient satisfactionResolve patient issues in accordance with company polies and procedures, healthcare regulations and dental board standardsOrganize and present payment schedules with patientsTrain, develop and manage staff to meet performance standardsOversee employee performance evaluations, promotions, terminations, and retentionOversee staff scheduling as to ensure full coverageOrganize and oversee supply purchases, equipment upgrades and operation expensesRun and analyze management reportsMaintain patient data according to HIPPA regulations and company policies Qualifications:Prior experience as a Dental Office Manager required At least 3 years of experience with billing, insurance, scheduling, etc.Strong dental terminology, experience in the dental industryDentrix experience preferredExcellent communication skills
