What Youll Do: {#what-youll-do data-start="677" end="702"}
Lead and support a vibrant FOH team, including bartenders\ Ensure top-notch guest experiences and handle customer feedback\ Manage scheduling, cash handling, tip calculations, and POS operations\ Oversee cleanliness, atmosphere, and general restaurant upkeep\ Collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth service\ Train, onboard, and mentor staff\ Help grow Bon Bons online presence with social media contributions
What Were Looking For: {#what-were-looking-for data-start="1149" end="1182"}
3+ years of FOH or management experience in the food & beverage industry\ Strong leadership and communication skills\ Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities\ Experience with point-of-sale systems and scheduling software\ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods\ Availability for a 35-45 hour workweek
