Robert Half is working with a leading provider of fueling solutions, dedicated to delivering innovative technologies and services to optimize fueling operations across various locations in Las Vegas. As part of our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join the team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk in a unique hybrid role, blending expertise in augmented reality (AR) with proficiency in non-gaming audit processes.

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and quality assurance within our fueling systems. This multifaceted position involves leveraging AR technologies to streamline maintenance procedures and conducting comprehensive audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.

Key Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable Clerk:

Augmented Reality Integration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AR applications tailored to fueling equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Implement AR solutions to facilitate remote diagnostics, equipment servicing, and training programs for field technicians.

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance AR functionalities to optimize user experience and operational effectiveness.

Non-Gaming Audit Oversight:

  • Design and execute audit protocols to assess the performance, safety, and regulatory compliance of fueling infrastructure and processes.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits at fueling stations, terminals, and distribution facilities, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.

  • Compile audit findings, generate comprehensive reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

  • Provide training sessions and workshops to internal teams on the use of AR tools and audit methodologies, ensuring proficiency and adherence to best practices.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on AR applications and audit procedures, offering guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders as needed.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, safety standards, and regulatory compliance through the integration of AR technologies and audit innovations.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement across fueling operations.

    Requirements • Proficiency in Intercompany Accounting and Intercompany Transaction

• Demonstrated experience with Chargebacks, Billing Collection, and Billing Statements

• Skilled in Excel Formulas and Excel VBA

• Ability to prepare and analyze Aging Reports

• Familiarity with Bills of Lading and Bank Reconciliations

• Experience in Cash Applications

• Ability to handle Month End Close tasks

• Knowledge of the Oil & Gas Services industry

• Proven experience in supervisory or managerial role within Accounts Receivable function

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
