We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our project team to help assist our project managers with the current heavy workload. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of construction experience, preferably from a General Contractor (GC).
Responsibilities
Assist with managing RFI's
Coordinate with subcontractors
Generate daily progress reports on projects
Essential Skills
1-3 years of construction experience, preferably from a General Contractor (GC)
Project management
Construction management
Project coordination
Change order management
Project engineering
Knowledge of RFI's and submittals
Computer skills (Excel, Procore)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Estimation
Engineering
Commercial construction
Design
Technical abilities - managing and navigating reports through Procore, Excel, etc.
Strong communication skills - coordinating with other Project Managers, subcontractors, and light face time with clients
Work Environment
This Assistant Project Manager will be based out of our Landover office alongside the rest of the Project Management team, including estimators and upper-level leadership. Periodic travel to job sites will be required (typically once a week or as needed). We offer great pay, benefits, and opportunities for long-term career growth. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $36.05/hr.
