Prowers County Clerk & Recorder Overflow Processing Center Quality Assurance Technician in Lamar, Colorado
POSITION: Overflow Processing Center Quality Assurance Technician
DUTIES: Quality Assurance of items to ensure they are processed in accordance with Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing processes and standards. Quality Assurance for the QA of other Center professionals. Construction of reports featuring Quality Assurance data. Reporting information back to the Supervisors and Program. Coordination with the OPC State Trainer to ensure appropriate training is provided in response to identified trends. Other duties as directed.
REQUIREMENTS: Extensive knowledge of basic computer operations with emphasis on spreadsheet software. Extensive knowledge of Colorado Benefits Management System determining eligibility for High Level Program Groups and their enrollment processes is required. Extensive knowledge of Federal and State statutes, legislative initiatives and regulations, and Federal, State, and local policies preferred. Completion of full minimum training requirements to process cases for the Overflow Processing Center.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver's license and able to drive to meetings and trainings required.
PREFERRED SKILLS: Demonstrate effective and efficient communications skills, both written and oral. Basic knowledge of statistics and data management
WAGE: $40,000-$50,000 Annually
SHIFTS: Monday - Friday, open during typical business hours
JOB SITE: Granada, Colorado
