Position Summary:
The Service Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the Service Division with warranty administration tasks and providing exceptional customer service. The key to success will be partnering cross-functionally with Retail, Credit, RSS, IT and Customer Service while ensuring adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures.
Responsibilities:
The Service Operations Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Review exchange requests to determine qualification based on Ts&Cs
Accountable for accuracy and attention to detail on invoice editing
Review Helpdesk tickets to solve customer issues related to warranty claims
Contact every customer that has an approved exchange
Key exchanges for qualifying product
Assist customers, sales, service, and call centers with inquiries via all methods of contact
Work with Vendors to obtain Return Authorizations
Partner with MFS to ensure proper furniture claims management
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers to drive results
Willingness to learn about new products and processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Retail experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office
High attention to detail dealing with complicated tasksHigh school diploma or GED is requiredFull time schedule 8-5 Monday to Friday
