Title:Assistant Technician

Location: Lakeland

In need of an experienced pressure washer/soft wash.

Must have clean driver licenses to operate company vehicle

Employer conducts a Background check.

Best Practices

3-Make sure your space maintains a show ready appearance.

4-Daily be in uniform including company apparel as well as The Seal badge.

5-Attend company meetings, promotional and/or social events.

6-Daily clock-in and keep accurate track of hours worked.

7-Prepare the soft wash truck with soaps and materials to complete the daily scope of work.

8-Ensure extra pumps and parts are on the truck to keep the system up and running.

9-Do vehicle check daily for fluids, tire pressure, and wear and tear.

10-Inspect your soft washing system to ensure it is in working order.

11-Review work orders for accuracy and to ensure you have all materials to complete the job.

12-Daily use PPE and Safety Equipment while on the job site.

13-Protect customer's property and landscape from physical or chemical damages.

14-Aid Lead Tech in meeting the production goal for the week and month.

15-Soft wash the surfaces designated in the scope of work cleaning and sanitizing the surface.

16-Complete the service trucks share in the Popcorn Marketing program.

17-Daily complete End-Of-Day procedure each day.

18-Ensure toolbox is onboard and has all the tools needed to repair the truck or system.

19-Ensure Manuals and Paperwork is onboard service truck.

20-Be a part of the accountability chain for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

7am-5pm Monday-Friday. Sat occasionally, Sunday rarely $15 hourly to start. Once hired your production bonus will have you at $19 hourly!
