Job Title: Process Tech

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated 3rd shift Process Technician to manage the operations of plastic extrusion and injection molding equipment, ensuring the quality control of burns, splays, discolorations, and shorts. Responsibilities include troubleshooting machinery to adjust temperatures, material flow, and cycle times. The successful candidate will work in a team of two within a shift of four, contributing to the production of additional parts for assembly onto larger components at other locations. Training will be provided for candidates with basic knowledge of processing temperatures and plastic materials.

Work Environment

The position is based in a very clean and newly established manufacturing facility featuring a large floor with over 50 presses ranging from 500 to 750 tons, 20 Injection Molding Presses including Dual profile rotary and Two-shot injection presses, and 60-ton overhead cranes. Work shifts are 8-9 hours, averaging 5-6 days per week with occasional work for 5 or 7 days per week.
