We are looking for a Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead the team at Local Grind. You will work with our chef to deliver high-quality serviceand motivatestaff to provide stellar customer service. Coffee Shop Supervisor\'s responsibilities include maintaining the Coffee Shoprevenue, profitability, and quality goals. You will ensure efficient operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. To be successful in this role, youll need management skills and experience inthe front and back of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the dining area, check-in with customers, and balance capacity. Youll hire qualified Barristas, breakfast cook, and Wait Staff set work schedules, and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations. Well expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our Coffee Shop runs smoothly and customers have a pleasant experiences.
