Benefits:

  • Uniform allowance.  

  • Working Monday through Wednesday from 8:00-5:30, and Friday from 8:00-5:30 with an hour lunch each day. 

  • Holidays Paid time off for all salaried Team Members include the following days:

    • NEW YEAR'S DAY
    • MEMORIAL DAY
    •  JULY 4TH ( Except when it occurs on a Saturday or Sunday)
    • LABOR DAY
    • THANKSGIVING DAY AND THE DAY AFTER

90 days after date of hire -- completion of 9 years 8 days/year 10+ years 12 days/year


 

Medical receptionists

are professional team members who are responsible for coordinating the daily administration of providers

, staff, visitors, and patients at a healthcare

facility. They schedule appointments, answer patient inquiries, handle patient emergencies, 

 

Medical Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

Serving patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.

Handling prior authorizations. 

Welcoming patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.

Optimizing patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.

Keeping patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient's arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding providers of service delays.
