The Opportunity:

  • Supervise and manage reception

  • Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met on monthly basis

  • Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.

  • Supervise and manage a team of office boys and housekeeping, ensuring their tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

  • Oversee maintenance work, including coordinating repairs, and maintenance schedules, and ensuring a safe and functional office environment.

  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.

  • Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, documentation, and record-keeping, PR and PO management, GR reviews, invoice management.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

  • Train and mentor new office boys, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Interact with vendors for events and coordinate set up in conference rooms.

  • Write routine reports and correspondence and respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
