Description
Seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis for 9-12 months. The primary focus of this role will be to provide PC and printer support within a Windows environment. This position is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient operations as we continue to upgrade our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for PCs and printers.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of printers and other peripheral devices.
Support end-users with technical issues and provide timely solutions.
Document and track issues and resolutions using a ticketing system.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
