Type of Job: Direct Hire
Schedule: First shift M-F 8-4pm
Pay : $21 – 24/hr (DOE)
Job Description:
Get confirmation of Purchase orders placed by the buyer.
Expedite items with the suppliers.
Update the backorder report with comments from the supplier.
Update the system with notes & Promise Dates from supplier.
Proactively shop BO items / shortages item on open market to provide solutions.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years’ experience with customer service.
Experience with Microsoft excel and proper documentation skills.
