Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to manage regional HR duties under the supervision of the Manager, Human Resources. This role is pivotal in resolving employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and objective investigations, and working closely with management to determine appropriate resolutions. The ideal candidate will administer labor agreements, interpret grievance procedures, and handle the administration of the company's benefits programs. Responsibilities also include overseeing leave of absence programs, conducting exit interviews, coordinating recruitment, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the role requires participation in developing a database of job descriptions, executing annual performance reviews, and performing other duties as assigned.
