To thrive in this role, you\'ll possess: Bachelor\'s degree:Business Administration,Healthcare Administration,Engineering,or related field. 5-7 years of product or project development with 4 years as a Scrum Master Experience working in application lifecycle management tools such as Microsoft Azure Ops, JIRA, or Rally In-depth understandingof Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Exceptional facilitation skills:Master the art of guiding productive discussions,resolving conflicts,and fostering team dynamics. Agile mindset:Embrace transparency,continuous improvement,and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Ability work on site in La Crosse, WI. Will consider remote options for those who reside in WI, MN, or IA only.
