The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator based in Kuwait who will be responsible for sales operations in Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain. This position will be responsible for the general cross-functional support, coordination and planning to achieve shared objectives and common goals of the organization.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Event Management:
Facilitates the department’s new joiners’ induction, and coordinates with different stakeholders
Act as the focal point of contact between the agent and BI for personnel services
Coordinate sales team meetings, contribute to the discussions, and ensure effective communication of relevant points to all stakeholders
Coordinate the event management process, ensuring the timely, effective and compliant planning, documentation, approval, execution and reconciliation of all forms of event management
Invoice Tracking and Finance Management:
Responsible for collecting headcount reports for BI sales teams from agents and process compensation debit notes
Facilitate the purchasing and payment processes including purchase orders, quotations and invoices for the sales team
Responsible for In Market sales reports, monthly FOC, Bonus and discounts tracking and reporting
Maintain customer sales trackers updated on quarterly basis
Responsible for Processing, Tracking, Consolidating and reporting Debit Notes issued by agents
Processes requisition forms for the invoices and relevant documents to be sent to agent for cheque issuing
Be the point of contact for finance with regards to the agents’ transactions and ensure proper records for all payments from agents are maintained
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or related qualification
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Previous experience using Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in English, in its written and oral form is a must
Proficiency in Arabic is preferred
Has a valid Kuwait visa or work permit
Excellent ability to organize, plan, and prioritize workload
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to with a focus on customer orientation
Effective communication with ability to drive change
Ability to act as a positive team player
