Job Overview:
The Associate Business Development Spec is responsible for utilizing existing Business Development procedures to solve routine or standard problems. They receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others within the team, and they will leverage their conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures related to Business Development and Commercial.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Give general internal administrative support within the department
Can take initiative to support Manager or Senior Manager Business Development with day-to-day tasks involving clients
Help keeping CRM undated (Sales Forces)
Keep & fill all the approved press releases issued to media, monitor media releases and prepare media hits and clippings
Obtain corporate approval for major Business Development and PR-related expenses
Create a database for the project photos library and update
Process the requisitions & invoices for PR expenses and maintain the PR accounting records for all expenses
Monitor & maintain the corporate gift available in stocks
Main the tidiness and arrangement of the PR library as well as the corporate videos
Essential Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Economics, or Data Analytics is a plus
At least 2 years of proven experience in Business or Commercial Analysis or Quality Assurance in the Oil and Gas Industry
Prior experience in job-related admin/secretarial with demonstrated competence
Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent Windows-based software
Good knowledge of Social Media
