You will be reporting to Technical Support team Manager.
We support hybrid working schedule
Responsibilities
To use troubleshooting skills you will focus on solving client software installation and licensing issues
To analyze, document, and resolve issue, creating an outstanding customer experience and enhancing the team's knowledge
We ask that you are risk tolerant, and independent when managing caseload
The Technical Support Specialist will convey an urgency to resolve customers' problems; reflect a positive, and professional disposition during support calls and in writing; and will follow up to ensure that their suggestions are understood and applied by the customer
Your role will entail research, troubleshooting systems and programs, and identifying program and system conflicts that may prevent clients from installing, licensing, or using Autodesk software
Minimum Qualifications
Fluent English and German
Knowledge of Operating Systems and general program installation experience: Windows (Primary), MAC (Secondary), Linux (occasional need)
Comfort with Windows system tasks (installs/uninstalls/system troubleshooting)
Customer service experience or Technical Support experience
You are fast-leaner and quick-thinker
