As an HR Consultant, you will be part of Poland HR team and play an instrumental role in establishing the new iCMS Global Delivery Organization (GDO) from broad HR perspective by: leading and supporting HR programs and projects, conducting research to identify areas for improvement and development, providing advice and recommendations for resolving daily HR challenges as well as delivering exceptional HR consulting services to our managers and employees.

Your key responsibilities:

Policies, processes & tools:

  • Implementing HR policies across the organization, monitoring labor laws and adapting internal regulations as needed,

  • Developing and updating procedures and document templates,

  • Providing input for Knowledge Management within the team (including creation and ownership of documentation/job aids/HR self-service articles),

  • Leading and advising on the design, development, and optimization of HR processes and systems within an organization,

  • Identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall HR performance,

  • Collaborating with other teams within the HR function and key stakeholders to streamline processes, align with organizational goals, and drive positive change,

  • Leveraging country best practices in view of standardizing processes regionally or globally,

  • Managing and administering content of existing documents in response to new corporate policies, laws and regulations,

  • Communication of the implemented changes and improvements to stakeholders,

  • Providing initiative and support in establishing proper control system; proactively initiates audits to ensure HR data quality and overall compliance,

  • Coordinating complex Local HR Processes, in line with existing policies and procedures,

  • Timely escalation of complex queries or non-compliance to HR manager.

  • Managing Company Social Benefits Fund - preparing the draft of the annual financial plan and monitoring the budget utilization;

  • Cooperation with external Benefits Broker to ensure competitiveness of the benefits offer and best market conditions.

HR Advisory & Consultancy:

  • Offering functional expertise and support to internal stakeholders, project teams and other HR team members,

  • Providing coaching, guidance and advice for managers and employees in all areas of HR functions including: HR Systems, Labour Law, HR Policies and Procedures, Employee Relations, Compensation & Rewards, Performance Management, Talent, Mobility, Diversity & Inclusion,

  • Cooperating with GBS HR, HR CoE and other corporate functions (H&S, Procurement, Finance etc.) as needed

  • Serving as escalation point for answering complex HR inquiries and resolving HR-related issues through Global People Services

  • Consulting with managers on people related matters and operational HR support,

  • Support in delivering learning programs including face-to-face and virtual training eg. labour law training for people leaders, Orientation Days for new hires regarding HR matters,

  • Preparing local HR communications to employees,

  • Lead or contribute to local and corporate HR programs and projects,

  • Supports internal and external audits, surveys and reporting, when necessary.

  • Conducting stay and exit interviews to gain a deeper understanding of employee feedback and turn findings into business actions,

  • Performing HR metrics, data and industry trends analysis and recommend areas for improvements or focus.

  • Perform other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • University degree (preferably in HRM, psychology, sociology or labour law)

  • At least 4 years of professional HR experience in international, dynamic work environment - preferably in HR Generalist/HR Advisor role or other similar with client facing exposure,

  • Good knowledge of Polish employment law,

  • Solid understanding of HR programs, policies, and processes as well as current HR and market trends,

  • Project management and facilitation experience will be an asset,

  • Continuous improvement & Learner mindset,

  • Solution-orientation and problem-solving skills,

  • Ability to identify HR risks & propose mitigation,

  • Good communication and presentation skills - both in Polish and English (min. B2 level)

  • Positive and collaborative team player with proactive and hands-on attitude,

  • Service and customer orientation,

  • Ability to build and maintain effective and trusted working relationships while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality,

  • Well-organized, structured with solid analytical skills and attention to detail,

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
