Citigroup Card Rewards Program Management Int Analyst in Kowloon, Hong Kong

The Program Management Int Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess system specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements pertaining to card rewards programs

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, for projects such as API partnerships, to effectively manage and deliver partnership outcomes

  • Plan and execute campaigns and marketing initiatives to promote partnerships and drive engagement for card rewards programs

  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing sanity checks for API integrations and technology cutovers

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

  • Support business tasks on the project implementation and post implementation follow up

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards for rewards program, tracking key metrics such as redemption rates and program ROI

  • Formulate and document business process and control

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years relevant experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

  • Comfortable with technology projects and SDLC.

  • Ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments

  • Ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures

  • Excellent attention to detail and desire to continue to build on their knowledge to accurately identify testing needs/gaps. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive results with a sense of urgency. Exceptional communication skills. Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work as an owner within cross-functional teams. Proficient in MS Office applications. Customer-centric attitude. High energy individual with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Ability to work in ambiguous environment. Excellent documentation and record retention skills.

Education:

  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
