Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in and around Kodak, TN. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of $24-30/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:
Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently & accurately
Work alongside customer service and dispatch o ensure overall success of business
Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints
Maintain a clean & organized job site
Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, & technical vendor training
Train & mentor apprentices to ensure on-time high quality installations
Diagnose & repair heating & cooling systems
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
EPA Certification with knowledge of applicable installation & venting codes
Punctual & Reliable
Organizational Skills
Knowledge of Local HVAC codes
Ability to read blueprints, draw simple diagrams
Continued education & training to obtain NATE Certification
Must have clean driving record
