Note:The pay rate for this job is $19 - $21 / hour(DOE)
Responsibilities:
Perform basic tasks including material handling, jobsite housekeeping, tool and equipment maintenance, and general labor.
Dig trenches and excavations using hand tools and power equipment under general supervision.
Assist in underground conduit installation.
Aid in mounting, securing, and installing electrical raceways, fixtures, and systems.
Support wire pulling procedures.
Assemble pre-fabricated systems under general supervision.
Complete all tasks in a timely manner.
Understand and follow jobsite directions and instructions, both written and verbal.
Model professional behavior in accordance with Stansell Electric's Core Values, Purpose, and Injury-Free safety guidelines.
Understand and perform other project-related duties and assignments as instructed by supervision.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an electrical helper or vocational training in electrical work is preferred.
Ability to understand and use tools and equipment required for electrical work.
Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights as needed.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred but not required
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
