This position is a temp-to-hire position, with the opportunity to get hired on full-time.

Integrity Trade Services is hiring for Foundry Industrial Maintenancepositions in ROCHESTER, IN, in a manufacturing facility.

Payratesstarting between $32.08 forMaintenance Class B levelto $34.12 forMaintenance Class A candidatesdepending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and management, both verbally and in writing.
• Adhere to Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
• Be available to work weekends.
• Exercise good judgment and make informed decisions.
• Understand and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
• Read, comprehend, and follow work instructions with great attention to detail.
• Operate and use both hand and power tools effectively.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally more.
• Must be able to work in high-temperature environments.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems as needed.
• Have a solid understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.

Qualifications:

• Must be good with Hand and Power tools
• Experience with Preventative and Predictive maintenance
• Knowledge of PCL and control systems troubleshooting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Location: Rochester, IN

Schedule/Shift Details

• 2nd shift - 3pm - 11:30pm
• 3rd shift - 11pm - 7:30am
• Some opportunities for overtime
