Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Abschlüssen
Im Rahmen von Monats-, Quartals, Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und US-GAAP Rückstellungen, Monatsabgrenzungen, Wertberichtigungen usw. vorbereiten, kontieren und verbuchen unter Beachtung steuerrechtlicher, handelsrechtlicher und interner Bestimmungen. Entwicklung von Bilanzposten darstellen und erläutern.
Analyse Sachkonten
Regelmäßige Analyse und selbständige Lösung unstimmiger Sachverhalte in Sachkonten (inkl. der Abstimmkonten) unter Beachtung steuerrechtlicher, handelsrechtlicher und organisatiorischer Bestimmungen. Eigenständiges Ergreifen von Maßnahmen um Probleme zu lösen und zu vermeiden.
Konzernberichterstattung
Aufbereitung der systemischen Daten und Unterstützung bei der Konzernberichterstattung.
Betreuung und Abstimmung von Intercompany Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten
Analyse, Bearbeitung, Klärung und Verbuchung im Rahmen der Intercompany Abstimmungen und Bestätigungen für Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten. Unterstützung bei Klärung und Kontierung von Intercompany Weiterbelastungen.
Erstellung von manuellen Rechnungen (Intercompany und Fremdrechnungen)
Intercompany Rechnungen und Gutschriften aufgrund von Intercompany-Bestellungen, Dienstleistungsverträgen oder sonstigen Vereinbarungen zur Freigabe.
Ansprechpartner für Prüfer
Unterstützung bei der Durchführung der jeweiligen Prüfungs und Auditvorgänge (z.B. Abschluss, Steuer- und Konzernprüfer) für Fragen zu ausgewählten Bilanzkonten.
