Job Description

Overseeing construction projects from

inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in coordinating multiple concurrent on-site construction projects within a defined customer base, ensuring alignment with project goals and

timelines.

Oversee and coordinate all activities at construction sites according to project drawings, plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety

regulations.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Construction trades, third-party contractors, utilities, and state inspectors, to support a turnkey project management solution.

Schedule and coordinate work with internal and external resources.

Quality Assurance: Monitor construction progress daily, conducting final inspections to verify

work quality and compliance with project specifications.

Additional Responsibilities:

Risk Mitigation: Manage project risks and issues by facilitating communication with the Project

Manager and stakeholders, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project

success.

Documentation and Reporting: Complete field reports during key project milestones,

maintaining accurate records of project activities and submitting reports for review.

Customer Communication: Communicate regularly with customers and the sales team,

providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns to ensure customer

satisfaction.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in land development, civil engineering, or construction

management.

  • Strong project coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with

stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated strict attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and

stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Ability to travel frequently within the defined geographic territory of operation, including

occasional overnight travel. Knowledge of land development principles, including basic soils science, surveying, estimating,

and grading. null
