TNG Market Development Representative in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania

TNG Consulting, the management company for the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) and the National Association for Behavioral Intervention and Threat Assessment (NABITA), is seeking a dynamic and talented Market Development Representative (MDR) to join our team. As the MDR, you will play a crucial role within the Marketing team while providing support to the Business Development team. Your primary objective will be to drive new inquiries, leads, and interest in TNG Consulting's services, specifically focusing on generating consulting leads and nurturing interest from potential new clients. King of Prussia, PA (1 day in-office, 4 days remote)  

Responsibilities:

·         Collaborate with marketing colleagues to identify initial targets regionally and develop a plan of approach and research for outbound marketing campaigns.

·         Utilize data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, internal CRMs, and other internal sources to identify and analyze potential prospects; develop targeted outbound campaigns aimed at generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the Business Development team.

·         Collaborate with marketing colleagues to identify initial targets regionally and develop a plan of approach and research for outbound marketing campaigns. Continuously refine and optimize outbound campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve lead generation effectiveness.

·         Work closely with fellow Marketing team members, sharing insights and optimizing outbound marketing strategies to drive business growth while ensuring alignment with overall sales objectives and strategies.

·         Data Management: Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and outcomes, ensuring data integrity for analysis and reporting purposes.

 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:  

·         Demonstrated experience in sales, membership development, or association management, particularly within the education or nonprofit sector.

·         Proven proficiency in content creation focused on lead generation, crafting messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and experience with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Slack).

·         Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to foster trust and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

·         Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·         Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.  

Preferred:  

·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, with 2-3 years of work experience.

·         Knowledge of the education industry, including K-12 schools and districts and higher education institutions.
