CNC Machinist
This is a fully on-site, permanent position in Kent, Washington.
$23-$26 pay depending on experience with plenty of opportunities for OT.
Manufacturing environment; exposure to loud noises and machinery with moving parts.
Day shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM

Job Description
Seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist with expertise in aerospace machining to perform complex CNC machining operations with precision. The successful candidate will interpret programming instructions, operational data, and machine setup instructions to perform operations such as bore, mill, drill, face, thread, profiling, and contouring. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting CNC program blueprints and drawings, maintaining a clean and safe workplace, checking parts for specification conformance, and recording SPC data. The role involves setting up machines, instructing other operators, and may require operating multiple units simultaneously.
Hard Skills
Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines
Ability to read and interpret CNC program blueprints and engineering drawings
Knowledge of aerospace metal forming of aluminum and stainless steel
Proficiency in setup of CNC machines
Experience with Turret Punch and Hydro-Forming
Basic math skills
Soft Skills
Broad knowledge of machining techniques
Ability to maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Capability to instruct other operators
