Job Description Summary The Sr. Supply Chain Systems Analyst is responsible for the global business applications that support our critical Supply Chain functions, including Agriculture, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Environmental/Social/Governance. This role is key in driving production support resolution, executing enhancements, and managing assigned projects. The individual will focus on system development, configuration, and troubleshooting, ensuring the applications meet the needs of the business and continue to operate smoothly. The Sr. Supply Chain Systems Analyst will interface with both internal and external teams across North America and other global locations to ensure successful collaboration and execution. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in working within a complex software environment. This individual will play an integral part in enhancing the functionality and efficiency of supply chain systems, while ensuring prompt issue resolution and supporting system improvements that drive business success. Job Description Position Responsibilities: * Identifying, defining, and documenting problems or situations that require attention or improvement * Provides technical support for Supply Chain Applications supporting the following functions: Agriculture, Customer Service, Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Environmental/Social/Governance. * Should be excellent in Information Analysis and Decision Making * Strong interpersonal skills, Able to interact effectively with various project team members * Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective * Locating, collecting, and organizing information that enhances the understanding of a problem or situation and that facilitates effective communication of it to others * Studying, examining, and interpreting the problem or situation (complex) by separating it into its discrete components (simple) to better understand how the components fit together and why they are arranged in a particular way * Analyze, Design and champion software solutions thru writing code or configuring existing systems which may be commercial off the shelf or customer developed * Construct / configure, install, and maintain complex applications or system software * Create and update system, user, testing and training documentation * Participates in conceptual and detailed design (blueprint) activities against project requirements * Adhere to appropriate system development standards and process methodology * Developing functional, integration, regression, and str To view the full job description,
