Description
Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with experience in Accounts Receivable. In this role, you will be involved in a multitude of tasks within the industrial construction industry. Your main focus will be on managing customer credit records, processing applications, and handling inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage and process customer credit applications
• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed
• Conduct account reconciliation to ensure all financial records are in order
• Oversee billing processes and ensure they are carried out efficiently
• Manage cash applications and collections effectively
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and QuickBooks for various tasks
• Handle commercial collections and ensure all debts are collected in a timely manner
• Work with liens and AIA documents, with a focus on heavy billing tasks in industrial construction.
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role.
• Proficiency in account reconciliation processes and methods.
• Demonstrated experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures.
• Experience in billing operations and systems.
• Skills in cash applications and cash collections.
• Experience with commercial collections is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and reporting.
• Experience using Oracle for accounting and financial management.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks for accounting and financial tasks.
