Job Overview
TE Connectivity’s Engineering Project Management Teams manage cross functional engineering projects. They work with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. They are responsible for defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication and execution of programs, identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to LeanPD processes.
【仕事内容】
自動車向けプロジェクトマネジメント業務
・ クロスファンクションチームを形成し、顧客要求確認から量産移行までのプロジェクト日程、タスクの管理
・ プロジェクト採算性評価と採算性改善の実施
・ 課題・問題解決に向けた関係部門及び生産工場との調整
・ マネジメントへのプロジェクト進捗報告と承認依頼、プレゼンテーションの実施
・ 顧客へのプロジェクト状況の説明及びプレゼン
What your background should look like:
・ 製造業（自動車業界、電子部品メーカー等）で製品開発関連経験（営業、FAE、PDE、Procurement、SCM、ME等）があり、プロジェクトマネジメント業務を実行できる能力のある方
・ 製造業（自動車業界、電子部品メーカー等）で製品開発関連経験（営業、FAE、PDE、Procurement、SCM、ME等）であるものの、プロジェクトメンバーとしてPJM業務を理解していて、PJMをやりたいと考えている方
・ 折衝/交渉やクロスコミュニケーションに自信のある方
・ 社内外関係部門と連携し積極的に業務遂行ができる方及び論理的思考能力
・ 変化を恐れずに、問題解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方
・ P&L、原価計算など採算性評価に関する知識及び業務経験
・ コネクタ、センサーなど、電子部品に関する一般的な知識をお持ちの方
・ 生産計画などのスケジュールマネジメント経験をお持ちの方
・ 中国語でのプレゼンテーション経験をお持ちの方
