Job Description: We're in search of a motivated and adaptable Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about spa management and eager to contribute to the growth of a holistic wellness brand.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the successful operation of our spa sales team.
- Coordinate virtual staff schedules, handle payroll, and facilitate training sessions.
- Inventory management.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through bookings and client support on phone, email, text.
- Address any client or staff concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in financial management tasks such as budgeting and expense tracking.
- Contribute to the preparation of performance reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Employeetraining(front desk sales team and service team via Zoom meeting or video training
Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the spa, wellness, or related industry beauty salon or medical spa.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in multitasking and working efficiently under pressure in a virtual environment.
- Knowledge of holistic practices, massage, facial , skin care, beauty and wellness and spa services.
- Familiarity with Meevo spa management software is advantageous.
- Bachelors degree or relevant certification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, marketing, sales or a related field preferred.
