What You Will Do

As Manager, Vendor Master Data you will be responsible for oversight and execution of day-to-day operations of Vendor Master Data Governance on a global scale. You will design and manage data workflows, as well as drive robust data quality and compliance with internal and external data regulations, policies, and procedures (GXP, SOX, PII). Your work will play a key role in supporting the Kenvue Operations organization and Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Govern key data processes, core master and operational data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies

  • Implement and continuously optimize global Vendor Master Data processes, in partnership with cross-functional teams

  • Act as the single point of contact for vendor-related data and processes

  • Monitor, analyze and communicate data quality, identify gaps, and make recommendations to improve data quality

  • Lead data issue resolution efforts, partnering with cross-functional business process owners and data stewards to remediate data quality errors and build sustainable processes to drive high levels of data quality

  • Own documentation such as business process diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), protocols, data quality catalogs, etc.

  • Be responsible for audit compliance, including data records are thoroughly maintained in preparation for audits following established processes and protocols

  • Support vendor related projects across IT and business functions; ensure integration across systems / platform and lead data cleansing, creation, conversion and validation as required

  • Drive data quality and operational excellence through intelligent automation initiatives

  • Develop and deliver training to educate stakeholders on processes, procedures, data flows, etc.

  • May include people leadership responsibilities, such as leading, developing, and retaining talent through coaching, mentorship, and development planning

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor´s degree in business, data analytics / technology or related field; advance degree preferred

  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in supply chain, finance, data analytics / technology, or other relevant function

  • At least 3 years of data management experience in the context of large ERP platforms

  • Procurement and finance functional knowledge added advantage

  • Experience managing data related to direct vendors, indirect vendors, affiliates, and/or third parties

  • Business and technical knowledge and understanding of procurement-related data elements and processes

  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships and influence diverse stakeholders in support of expected outcomes

  • Demonstrated experience embedding a culture of harmonization, process improvement, and value creation across functions, departments, and/or regions

  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance requirements (e.g., GXP, SOX, PII)

  • Strong Excel skills and ability to leverage data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) to generate insights

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with SAP S4 Hana and/or SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) is preferred

  • Demonstrated experience implementing and/or managing global ERP systems is preferred

  • Experience working in or leading global, geographically dispersed teams is preferred

  • Experience working across Finance and Supply Chain domains (e.g., procurement, planning, etc.) is preferred

  • Experience working within Consumer-Packaged Goods sector is preferred
