Lead Data Engineering Analyst
This position reports into Reporting and Analytics Director and is based at Bangalore, India or Metro Manila.

What You Will Do
The position is responsible for:
- The Lead Data Engineering Analyst will partner closely with the Operational Data Strategy Manage to set global strategy for Kenvue to deliver data-driven capabilities. This role will focus on managing capabilities delivered through the operations data hub and drive enhancements on the data assets to support Contact Center Operations reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement and manage effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve data.
Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating business operations, applications, and programming.
Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations.
Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.
Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features.
Recommend solutions to improve new and existing integration from different systems.
Mentor members through training and individual support.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, IT or Supply Chain is required.
Proficiency in Snowflake data warehousing and Power BI (or similar tools)
Hands on experience in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
High level understanding of information and data architecture.
Strong data management and governance experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
