Kuehne+Nagel Sea Logistics Sales Representative in Karachi, Pakistan
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A DAILY BASIS? You will be responsible for growing + expanding opportunities for Full Container Load (FCL) + Less Than Container Load (LCL) businesses for our sea logistics team.
Your Role
To explore various sources of customer leads in order to convert them to actual opportunities. To collaborate with our pricing, business development + operations teams to achieve key performance indicators. To promote sea logistics services, digital tools + any other solutions to meet customer needs. To drive volume growth in target + potential trade lanes by launching promotional rates.
Your Responsibilities
WHAT WILL IT BE LIKE TO WORK IN THE SEA LOGISTICS TEAM?
Start your day by reviewing trends, challenges + opportunities.
Next, engage with your pricing and business development peers to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration, drive customer retention + pursue profitable growth in targeted customers with competitive proposals in line with our capabilities.
During the day, you will communicate with customers, ensuring that the right product solutions are offered.
On a regular basis, consult with key stakeholders + customers to review progress, ensuring a focus on continuous improvement + high customer retention rates.
Finally, focus on evolving our customer + stakeholder relationships, forming trust + deeper relationships to enable new opportunities.
