Danaher Corporation Commercial Business Manager Taiwan in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan
Business Operation- Drive all business activities to achieve business strategic goals, profitable growth and efficient operations in TW; Business targets will include those for revenue, market share, unit sales, and launch plans for new products through channel partner- Assume full accountability on all indirect sales and functional responsibility for commercial operations, service, marketing and regulatory affairs in collaboration with functional leaders.- Partner with global leaders including Finance, Marketing, IT, HR and Legal-- Ensure use of Danaher BS and other tools for direct planning, monitoring, problem-solving and reporting of results against plans and budgets
Strategy Development- Develop a vision and strategic plan for the TW business based on historical performance and understanding of the marketplace- Build Sales and Key Account strategy in collaboration with service, marketing, commercial and distribution partners- Contribute to management team’s knowledge of product/market status through the regular submission of field intelligence and sales reports
Channel management- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.- Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.- Ensures distributor compliance with distributor agreements.- Drives adoption of LBS programs among distributor.
