What you'll do... :
JOB SUMMARY
Provide technical expertise to design, develop and maintain software components and products that support H&R Block business applications. Provide a lead role for day-to-day functional tasks in the team, developer support and maintain the development environment. Assist in planning and implementation of a strategic direction for the product. Lead architectural changes in the system. Prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. Design, code, test, debug and document programs using .NET Core, Angular and other full stack development tools. Ensure process compliance in assigned modules, and participate in technical discussions or review for feasibility study. Mentor and coach other team members.

What you'll bring to the team... :
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
Eight years of systems analysis and design experience to include:
Develop scalable code using C#.Net, .Net framework, Web Services, and ASP.Net.
Application design architecture.
Angular, HTML, Web API, and WCF.
ADO.NET objects: SQL Connections, SQL Commands, Dataset, Data Reader.
LINQ for data retrieval, CRUD operations, data filtering and sorting.
SQL queries, User Defined Functions and Stored Procedures.
Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and MVC.
Create test strategies utilizing Load and Performance test tools.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship on teams.
Three years of which must include experience in:
Azure Cloud.
App Service Environment (ASE), ASP, Storage Account.
Event driven applications using Azure Functions, Durable Functions, and Service Bus.
Build YAML pipelines (CI/CD) in Azure DevOps.
ASP.Net Core microservices.
App Insights, Cosmos DB, Kubernetes and Docker.
ISTIO Service Mesh.
SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
